The Kingston Football Officials Association (KFOA) was formed in 1969. Our purpose is to support all levels of amateur football in the greater Kingston Area. The KFOA supports minor, high school, Ontario Premier Football, flag football, and CIS leagues. The KFOA is dedicated to ensuring the highest-trained officials are trained to support every league and level of football.

About Us
The KFOA is comprised of approximately 32 members who support all levels of amateur football in Eastern Ontario. The Association meets regularly to disseminate information, share learning and develop on-field mechanics and high-level rules knowledge to better support football. Currently, the KFOA supports the following leagues in our area:
